  Answer: Adding a light mover is not like adding another light. Adding a light mover is like adding a 1/4 more light. HOWEVER adding a light mover allows more of the plant canopy to get light. The light will hit the plant at more angles & adding a light mover helps move the heat making the plants less likely to get hot spot burns.
